We are local Cambridge caterers, providing a first class buffet service to individuals and companies looking for event catering in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. We love what we do and we like to share our passion for homemade food, great quality and excellent service whether you are looking for corporate catering, business lunches, wedding catering, funeral catering or children’s party catering.


As Cambridge Buffet Company grows, we continue to source as many of our products as possible from local suppliers, all of whom have the same ethos as we do. Cambridge Buffet Company believes that high quality is essential and so we source the best products and ingredients available.


We are an ethical Cambridge catering company and sound products from sustainable sources are a must. We continue to add new and exciting products to our menus like local chutneys, lovely strong cheddars, free range eggs, tasty British chicken, Fairtrade chocolate and juices. We bake homemade cakes daily and are always adding to the traditional favourites like flapjacks, Victoria sponge, carrot cake, treacle tart and Bakewell slice.

Cambridge Catering for over 16 years

The Cambridge Buffet Company and Amanda’s Sandwich Bar and Cafe in Fulbourn have been providing Cambridge catering for events and parties for over 16 years. We supply high quality freshly made buffet catering for business and private events in Cambridge. Pop into our cafe in Fulbourn and we will happily discuss your event catering.

Gluten free catering

Whether you need to cater for gluten free, vegans or the fussy, the Cambridge Buffet Company can produce a range of food that will appeal to everyone. If you have special menu requirements we do request a few days to source the ingredients. For traditional platters and menus we can normally produce orders with 24 to 48 hours notice. All our food is freshly prepared on the day so if you have a particularly large catering order, please give us notice in advance.

Delivering throughout Cambridge

Once our freshly handmade food has been produced the next step is to get it to you in perfect condition. As with all food, correct presentation is vital. To ensure that our food arrives in perfect condition, we deliver in a refrigerated van and we present it on well wrapped platters. Recognising that sometimes you may not have space to store the food in the correct refrigerated conditions, we will deliver to you at a time closest to when you are eating.
